If you purchased a product from our website and wish to return it, you may request a refund within 30 days after your order has shipped.
To receive a full refund, the product must be returned to us in "new" condition - unused, unaltered, unworn and containing all original items
We do not refund any shipping charges related to the shipping option you requested at the time you placed your order. All Shipping Insurance purchases are also non-refundable.
To return or exchange a product, email info@civilprep and provide your order number, item you are returning and the reason for the return. A member of our team will contact you to facilitate your return.
Once we receive your return, allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.
To make an exchange, submit an email to info@civilpre.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days after your order has shipped.
Apparel items can be exchanged for a different size. Backpacks can be exchanged for a different style or color. Gear, survival kits and kit contents can only be exchanged if broken or defective upon arrival.
We currently only ship to the US and Canada. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes on shipments to Canada. The customer must pay any customs duties upon delivery in Canada.
Codes received over email or SMS will expire after one year, unless otherwise stated.
We will not honor sale prices before or after a sale has ended. We will not refund purchases made prior to a sale for the sale price.
